Our Story
Clara Assouline is a business development and corporate strategy consultant with a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. She partners with biotech, medtech, and foodtech companies to accelerate strategic partnerships, refine corporate positioning, and prepare for fundraising or exit.
Her experience spans drug discovery platforms, therapeutics, and diagnostics. Clara has led major pharma collaborations and advised companies at various stages of growth. Leveraging her scientific background and strategic mindset, she supports clients end-to-end — from investor engagement and deal strategy to the development of high-impact corporate materials — drawing on a strong global network of pharma executives and venture investors.
She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and an MSc in Biotechnology from Paris-Saclay University.
